This week I had an expiring reward that entitled me to a resort hotel stay. We travel every week because unfortunately we have to for work. I don't know who that is because they haven't returned any of my calls but I've been told he goes by the name of "Bravo", FYI. I don't blame them, I blame whatever manager is supposed to be in charge yet never seems to be on property. They also seem to hate their job and want you to know it. We met a few gems who were decent and helpful people.but other than that most people here made us feel uncomfortable and looked at us with what felt like hate at it's worst, annoyance at best. There are so many amazing hotels in this area that, trust me when I tell you, you do NOT want to waste your money on this place. Off the top of my head, I can think of several other ways this could have been handled to avoid what I am about to tell you.
